The Role

In the Senior Account Executive role with Netronix Integration, the right candidate will establish relationships with new and existing customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales quotas and targets. They will also work with their team to identify projects, bring in new sales, and mentor newer team members. The right person will have a proven outside sales track record with a successful history of solution selling - preferably in the security and system integration or technology market.


What You'll Do

  • Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options
  • Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions to improve their production through the use of our products
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, cold calling, partner relationships, and customer referrals
  • Meet and exceed sales revenue targets
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support
  • Recommend service and profit improvements
  • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close
  • Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information
  • Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance staff accomplishments
  • Identify new markets
  • Gather competitive data for analysis


What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years proven outside sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and perceptiveness to customer needs
  • A bold approach to entering new markets
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Suite
  • Physical Security and/or technology experience is a plus!
