The Role
As our client base has moved upstream to the middle market, we are seeking a motivated Senior Account Executive who can turn the leads generated by our Marketing team into long-term clients. Your core responsibilities will be to manage an active and passive pipeline of inbound leads from businesses looking for Paro's services. You will uncover their needs and goals, while providing solution(s) by leveraging our AI - powered technology which will match them with the expertise needed to profitably grow their business.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: qualify new leads, build a healthy pipeline, create proposals, and close deals.
- Leverage a solution selling approach to build relationships with businesses to achieve their goals and drive profitability.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to expand existing business relationships
- Overcome objections of prospective customers via Paro's solution offering(s) while consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales quotas
How you'll add value
- 3+ years minimum of full cycle B2B sales experience
- Top performance in current and previous sales roles
- Solution selling approach; Paro's sales process is not transactional
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and other sales tools preferred
- Strong organizational skills in order to successfully manage your pipeline
- Tenacity, drive to learn, and self-motivated
- Possess exceptional listening, presentation, and business strategy skills
