WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Momentum Worldwide is looking for an incredible Senior Associate to join our Business Leadership team for a financial services client. This individual will support our client’s Premium Brands. Our projects center around creating opportunities for two audiences within the Premium category to engage with their passions across a variety of lifestyle categories at pop-up brand activations, dedicated lounge spaces, and more. We are seeking someone with luxury brand experience who is passionate about the premium space: retail, art, dining, entertainment, and culture.

 
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
  • Be an expert in the client’s business and marketing challenges and provide instrumental marketing counsel to mid-level clients on an on-going basis.
  • Assist in the development of plans to execute against client strategy/brief. Can confidently formulate and present agency POVs, guide clients toward desired outcomes, and lead the internal team in the right direction from ideation to activation.
  • Proactively identify areas for client and agency growth; facilitate agency discussions to develop and present growth ideas.
  • Keep up with the pulse of culture. Understand current and emerging luxury trends and possess the ability to apply these to client challenges & project briefs.
  • Be responsible for the overall delivery of outlined scope. Work with clients/account team to inform and negotiate schedules, scope deviations and change requests.
  • Proactively identify any potential or current concerns with client-agency relationship or agency performance against key metrics; bring forward ideas to resolve issues and manage through resolution of issues with clients.
  • Research and stay abreast of industry and competitive trends, especially in the Luxury space.
  • Demonstrate highest level of customer service; convey a polished and professional demeanor while on-site at events.
  • Ensure that the financial aspects of the programs/account(s) are managed according to agency procedures.
  • Plan and execute assignments that are on strategy, on time and on budget.

  • All other duties as assigned

HERE’S
 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, preferably in Marketing
  • 3-5 years of agency experience in a client services capacity, preferably in the experiential space.
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Depth of marketing mix knowledge due to having conducted work across different channels
  • Program/campaign presentation - written & verbal
  • Ability to professionally and strategically guide a cross-functional team
  • Ability to express an idea clearly & concisely and provide strategic evaluation of all work
  • Willingness to work with overseas clients and agency partners. 


SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $60
,000 to $70,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
