Senior Account Executive, Consumer Lifestyle

Small Girls PR is growing and we are looking for a Senior Account Executive to support the day-to-day earned media efforts for our consumer lifestyle team. This team works with buzzy, consumer brands like Care / of, Taskrabbit, FightCamp and more! 

There is no one-size-fits-all for an SGPR client as we work across consumer tech, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, and social impact organizations. We've handled mergers for GE, launched brands that challenge the norm like Billie, created a closet calculator to see how recycled clothing impacts the environment with thredUP, and catapulted Olay’s Super Bowl ad to the cover of AdWeek. Our clients turn to us for long-term strategy, brand purpose architecture, creative pitch angles, and out-of-the-box ideas that bring their positioning to life in thoughtful ways.

Note: Small Girls PR is currently in the office on a hybrid basis, working two days a week in the office. 

How you’ll make an impact:

• Work along-side client leads to contribute ideas towards a long-term strategy for a variety of our clients
• Craft creative pitch angles that position clients uniquely from their competitor set and yield feature-length stories
• Establish and maintain warm relationships with both business and consumer media
• Proactively originate out-of-the-box ideas that strengthen client’s marketplace positioning 
• Cultivate new and unexpected places for clients to appear, demonstrating the ability to constantly push the envelope and achieve firsts for brands under your purview

• You have at least 4-5+ years of relevant experience (agency experience or fast-paced consumer background preferred)

At Small Girls PR, fairness and equity are incredibly important factors throughout our hiring process. As a result, we have a set salary threshold for each role to ensure our teams are compensated equitably. At the Senior Account Executive level, the salary threshold is $80,000 - $80,000.
