Ibotta is seeking a Senior Account Executive, CPG to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States. Candidates living in Chicago, IL may be considered for remote work.

What you will be doing:

Manage strategic enterprise level accounts

Meet/exceed annual revenue targets through the development, advancement, and closure of partnerships and execution of new businesses and expansion of existing business, utilizing data and analytics to sell the value proposition

Develop and deliver sales presentations that educate prospective clients on Ibotta’s value proposition, roadmap, and partnership opportunities considering which products would best suit the client’s needs

Outreach to existing clients about new capabilities/positioning (Omnichannel)

Ensure high retention of existing accounts through upselling and education around new product enhancements

Partner with other functional teams to ensure client campaigns are successfully executed from start to finish

Travel up to 40%

What we are looking for: 

4-6 years in a data driven sales role

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Technical Skills: G Suite, Looker, Product knowledge

Experience selling digital, mobile, or media advertising solutions into verticals such as Retail or CPG preferred

Expert negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close the deal

Great analytical skills: ability to measure the results of your work

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Candidates do a mock pitch as part of the hiring process)

Flexibility, accountability, resourcefulness, to work with little direction in a fast-paced startup environment

Desire to achieve excellence across the entire sales spectrum (i.e., email outreach, cold calls, presentations, etc.)

Additional Details:

This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.

Base compensation range: $60,000-$100,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.This range is not all inclusive as total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to the base salary that will increase total earnings.
