Senior Account Executive

Linkwell Health is hiring a Senior Account Executive to join its growing Client Success Team. We’re seeking a talented Senior Account Executive who is passionate about creating marketing engagement campaigns that can change people's lives — and drive our clients' success. They will ensure successful implementation and delivery of client partnership programs. 

Responsibilities include:

• manage digital marketing programs from implementation through results and reporting.
• Create onboarding/intake process for opt-in digital marketing programs. Manage intake of new client information; ensuring intake requirements are complete in order to set up clients in campaign management/CRM platform. 
• Work with cross-functional team to establish annual campaign calendar and manage milestones for internal and external parties.
• Create, manage, and deliver on project timelines; adjust schedules and plans as needed; and identify and resolve issues to ensure campaign success. 
• Manage client creative review and approvals process.
• Lead weekly internal and client status calls; manage agenda and publish notes. Build and maintain positive relationships with mid and senior level Clients.
• Partner with Data and Analytics team to establish campaign tracking and performance reporting, and monitor performance regularly. Work with Product and Technology teams to ensure program integrity is maintained and improvements are identified and implemented.

 Success Measurements:

• Campaigns are implemented on time and according to set-forth objectives. 
• Partner effectively with internal teams to ensure schedules are apparent and delivered upon. 
• Successfully engage and manage client through clear, consistent communications and reporting. 
• Program issues are identified and resolved swiftly.

Ideal candidate will have: 

• At least 5 years of relevant marketing/advertising agency account management experience, working in digital marketing (email programs ideal) 
• Strong knowledge of PPT 
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong follow-through 
• Superior organizational and project management skills 
• Ability to problem solve
