The Opportunity

To better serve our 47 million registered hourly workers and over 450,000 employer locations, Snagajob is looking for a Sr. Account Executive to grow Shifts, our innovative on-demand work platform bringing the gig-work revolution to hourly work.  


In this entrepreneurial sales role, you will spend much of your time prospecting from a targeted account list, getting to know their business, and becoming a trusted partner in their operations and HR strategies. Focused on mid-market and enterprise clients, the Sr. Account Executive is responsible for securing customers to pilot and adopt Shifts as a staffing solution to work in tandem with traditional recruitment efforts.

What You’ll Get to Do

Identify opportunities and build your Shifts client pipeline

- Analyze your book of clients to identify high-potential opportunities 

- Identify and develop relationships with key decision-makers, using sales tools, creativity, and hustle

- Build a healthy and long-term pipeline


Close deals 

- Apply solution selling approach to uncover, identify, and communicate customer pain points; leverage expertise in Shifts to position solutions

- Successfully negotiate with prospects to shorten the sales cycle and increase win-rate

- Support initial customer launch with Account Management team


Be a thought leader to help drive Shifts sales effectiveness  

- Actively share best practices and insights with broader Shifts Team 

- Partner with Marketing to help develop and optimize effective marketing campaigns, and sales and customer material

- Work cross-functionally to help develop product roadmap and features, account management and activation needs, and customer success tactics

What You'll Bring 

- Experience and proven success in a fast-paced, full-cycle B2B tech sales environment; experience in a traditional staffing sales experience 

- Natural ability to develop relationships across levels in an organization, from senior executives to individual contributors

- Self-confident and resilient performer

- Creative problem solver who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to get the job done

- Excels working on highly collaborative teams (we like to have fun together!) 

- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment, and desire to actively “test and iterate” sales approaches to get better, faster!

- Exceptionally strong organization and time management skills

- Proficiency with CRM or sales tracking tools required, Salesforce preferred

At Snagajob, our commitment to being an equitable and inclusive employer is foundational to us, and we believe that pay transparency is a vital component of pay equity. In this role, you can expect to be paid a base salary in the range of $70,800 to $85,000, with an on target variable of $80,000.  Full time employees are also eligible for Snagajob's equity and benefits programs.
