Senior Account Executive, Mid Market Payroll & HR Solutions
Job Description
How you'll add value:
- Manage entire Payroll and HR sales cycle from discovery to closeÂ
- Generate and develop new opportunities to increase revenue Â
- Work with the Manager, Payroll and HR Solutions to maintain accurate pipeline and forecast Â
- Work with the Accounting/Operations Account Executives to gain traction with mid market accountsÂ
- Anticipate and discuss prospect needs and facilitate solutions Â
- Act as subject matter expert regarding Workforce Solutions and continually maintain knowledge of solutions and any related productsÂ
- Network with existing customers and vendor partners to build and maintain long-lasting business relationshipsÂ
- Continual industry research to identify trends in the marketplaceÂ
- Strategically build and work pipelines of prospects that lead to customer acquisitionÂ
- Research and develop sales leads through cold calling efforts, networking, hosting events, door swingsÂ
- Develop and execute sales strategyÂ
- Maintain accurate prospect pipelines and revenue forecastsÂ
- Become R365’s brand ambassador by gaining in-depth knowledge of the R365 platform to present to prospective clientsÂ
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility as part of a rapidly growing team and companyÂ
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain customer relationship throughout implementation and post-saleÂ
- Work with Sales Engineers to perform demos, conduct requirements analysis & scopingÂ
- Other duties as assigned
- Occasional travel may be requiredÂ

What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceÂ
- 5+ years of proven Sales experience, preferably in the human capital management (HCM) industry Â
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and technology preferred Â
- Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions for successful outcomesÂ
- Highly motivated and results-oriented Â
- Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) softwareÂ
- Strong presentation skillsÂ
- Excellent and concise verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsÂ
- Ability to adapt to and follow a sales processÂ
- Ability to negotiate and problem-solveÂ
- Organization and time management skillsÂ
- Enthusiasm, confidence, initiative, and passionÂ
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Â Â

- This position has a salary range of $107K-$126K + Commission. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
