Senior Account Executive - Payroll & HR Solutions

As a Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for selling the R365 Workforce Solution and any related products to net new opportunities.

How you'll add value:

• Manage entire Payroll and HR sales cycle from discovery to close

• Generate and develop new opportunities to increase revenue

• Work with the Director of Growth Initiatives to maintain accurate pipeline and forecast

• Anticipate and discuss prospect needs and facilitate solutions

• Act as subject matter expert regarding Workforce Solutions and continually maintain knowledge of solutions and any related products

• Network with existing customers and vendor partners to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships

• Continual industry research to identify trends in the marketplace

• Other duties as assigned

• Occasional travel may be required

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education training and experience

• 5+ years of proven Account Management/Sales experience preferably in the human capital management (HCM) industry

• Knowledge of restaurant operations and technology preferred

• Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions for successful outcomes

• Highly motivated and results-oriented

• Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software

• Strong presentation skills

• Excellent and concise verbal written and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to adapt to and follow a sales process

• Ability to negotiate and problem-solve

• Organization and time management skills

• Enthusiasm confidence initiative and passion

• Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint)

R365 Team Member Benefits & Perks

• This position has a salary range of $100000-$125000 + commission. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including but not limited to relevant skills/experience time in the role business line and geographic location.
