This is a high-impact commercial role focused on helping mid-sized businesses accelerate their growth through a leading SaaS platform that connects marketing, sales, service, and operations. You will act as a trusted advisor to mid-market customers, guiding them through complex buying journeys and tailoring solutions to their strategic needs. The role combines new business acquisition with consultative relationship building, requiring strong commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing, while consistently delivering against ambitious revenue targets. Working in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Accountabilities:
- Drive new business acquisition within the mid-market segment and consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Own and manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.
- Build and maintain a healthy, well-qualified pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined sales execution.
- Conduct consultative discovery conversations to deeply understand customer challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
- Deliver engaging virtual product demonstrations that clearly articulate value and business impact.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey.
- Continuously monitor market trends and customer needs to refine sales strategy and improve performance.
- 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in net new business acquisition.
- Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles across mid-market or enterprise customers.
- Strong ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives.
- Demonstrated success in pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and sales discipline.
