We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in New York City. The Senior Account Manager will be the lead Account Manager within the client services team on Highsnobiety’s agency services arm, managing top new business and renewal clients. They will manage and coach the Account Managers and Coordinator(s) within the team to promote growth and ensure seamless workflow with the role’s day to day responsibilities (planning, pricing, set up and reporting) throughout the full campaign life cycle internally and externally.
YOUR MISSION:
- Management and coaching of Account Managers and Associate Account Managers.
- Lead ad ops inventory conversations.
- Deliver the highest level of client service to various key clients throughout the campaign life-cycle to create best in class proposals and reach their campaign goals.
- Translate media strategies into tactical plans that achieve client’s objectives and fit within budget.
- Work with the Creative Team to identify hard costs and packaging strategies to ensure the proposals are forecasted to stay within the preferred margin.
- Work closely with AdOps to ensure all campaigns have been implemented correctly and troubleshooted if necessary.
- Diligently monitor campaigns, proactively identifying areas of opportunity or risk, and resolving potential discrepancies.
- Aligns with Project Manager to ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Working with the AdOps + Digital campaign management team to ensure all line items have launched correctly, and are pacing to deliver in full by the agreed upon end-dates.
- Architect of the final campaign recap story using campaign insights, final program reporting, measurement & research insights.
YOUR SKILLS:
- 4-6+ years of related experience in media.
- A nimble problem solver who understands the intricacies of today’s business landscape and is keen to deliver new and impactful solutions.
- The ability to lead conversations internally and externally that navigate the needs of both Highsnobiety and the client.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and mindset.
- Flawless communication, written and presentation skills.
- Brilliant time management and organizational skills.

The expected annual base salary range for this role is between $90,000 to $110,000. The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
