Key Responsibilities
- Manage Existing Territory accounts and manage
- Responsible for managing, assisting and executing the sales strategy within the assigned accounts within a territory
- Traveling to stores (50%-60%) to monitor open to buy, inventory turnover, replenishment, coop/cost control, product mix, sales trends advertising, promotional activities, merchandising techniques, visual presentation standards, adequate training and overall sell technique
- Oversee Account Executives and Sales Coordinators to ensure all facets of the business are being handled- reserving and releasing orders, product sample management, territory management etc
- Create new revenue opportunities
- Pursue and open new accounts within your territory
- Drive Wholesale sales within the assigned territory and ensure sell through goals are met at the retail level
- Work closely with the Senior Account Manager to ensure that each account and store visit has a purpose and that the store is aware of strategy and is executing it.
- Develop and Implement strategies to create revenue opportunities
- Work closely with Sales Director and Senior Account Manager to implement strategies and create new sales opportunities within the organization
- Reduce net sales performance return impact
- Ideating sell in/sell through tactics to reduce wholesale return rates
- Market analysis
- Understanding what is selling and what opportunities we have out in the marketplace
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 3-5 years of related experience
