TeamSnap is seeking a Senior Account Manager who will establish strong relationships with TeamSnap’s Sports Organization customers ensure high retention and growth through subscription upgrades and product upsells. Ideal candidates have strong B2B relationship management skills and a consultative sales approach while being a collaborative teammate who loves to make everyone better.

-As a senior member of the new account management team you will provide valuable feedback that helps drive the overall team strategy.
What You'll Do:

You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts and be responsible for establishing strong relationships and hitting retention and upsell goals

You’ll be running a variety of engagement campaigns into your portfolio of accounts to identify challenges educate customers and create growth opportunities

You’ll run demos of TeamSnap platform to show the value of new products or add-ons
-
You'll follow up with accounts that request more information on new products and/or join webinars to create new opportunities

You’ll use data analysis to assemble account plans evaluate your business drive the strategy and communicate the results.

You’ll drive a value-based sales process uncovering customer needs through deep discovery and customized demonstrations of the specific capabilities of the product and/or processes that will solve the customer's needs.

Act as an industry expert to help shape Voice of the Customer initiatives to inform sales marketing and product initiatives.

You’ll optimize your sales toolkit to produce the best possible full sales cycle conversion rate & close ratio.

You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing the pipeline of growth opportunities ultimately achieving revenue quota and CRM compliance (SFDC).

Some of our customers are volunteer-led organizations and therefore key contacts are typically available after 5 pm local time so you have to be open to taking calls at these times.

What will set you up for success:
-
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in Customer Success Relationship Management or Account Management in a SaaS environment.

Proven track record of hitting sales quotas.

Ability to travel occasionally including but not limited to our annual company meeting periodic sales team meetings throughout the year potential trade shows and potential client visits.

Sports industry experience (preferred)

Compensation
We’re committed to equitable compensation for all TeamSnappers. The starting point for this role is an OTE of $82125 inclusive of base and commissions. Comp is updated based on multiple factors. Our comp is highly competitive in our space and we adjust overall comp based on relevant experience skills certifications and geographic location.

TeamSnap is a fully remote company so you need to be very comfortable working with people who aren’t in the same time zone as you. We are always expanding but there is a small list of states we do not hire in including Alabama Alaska Delaware District of Columbia Hawaii Iowa Louisiana Mississippi Nebraska New Mexico Rhode Island South Dakota and West Virginia and while we love all parts of the world we can only hire permanent US residents at this time.
