Trust Payments has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join their team.
Location: Hybrid / Onsite - London / Bromley
Salary: Competitive + Benefits
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Main purpose of the job:
The selected candidate will directly manage a portfolio of the company’s top revenue generating clients. Your aim will be to maintain and grow revenue on these accounts, gaining a more in-depth understanding of client’s business goals and create strategies to tie these goals into the Trust product suite. This is a challenging and varied role that will require commercial and business acumen in order to be successful.
Senior Account Manager - Duties and responsibilities:
- Primarily serve as main point of contact for key accounts, working to understand client roadmaps and realise their goals through Trust solutions
- Develop strategic account plans to foster long-term relationships for revenue and retention
- Develop and present proposals for cross-sell opportunities
- Lead the development, presentation and sale of value propositions to new and existing customers
- Conduct account quarterly reviews to report on market penetration success
- Track key account performance to meet quarterly volume, revenue and cross sell targets
- Internal cross functional engagement with Product/Compliance/Risk teams to resolve client queries and implement upselling opportunities
- Mentor junior team members and act as a key contributor
- Provide client and internal team training on primary technology
- Share customer feedback to identify potential new features or products
-Â Attend company and industry events to strengthen client relationships
Senior Account Manager - Qualities and Skills required:
- Experience managing clients with annual transaction Volume of ÂŁ5M +
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Payments marketÂ
 - Proven track record of ability to meet and surpass sales, cross-sell and upsell targets
- Team player, excellent inter-personal skillsÂ
- Awareness of Trust Payments range of products
- Understanding of Payment systems capabilities and featuresÂ
 - Computer literacy, Salesforce a plus
