Your Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you are taking a lead role on delivering a business transformation roadmap focused on marketing centralisation for one of the global regions and its 16 local markets of an automative global brand.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for central customers, ensuring strong relationships and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the point of contact for all global briefings with the client.
- Assess briefs technically and content-wise, deciding on responsibility with the central team.
- Conduct rebriefings with customers as necessary.
- Ensure consistent handling and alignment of all offers to increase efficiency.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for accounts in collaboration with agency leadership.
- Identify and drive initiatives for organic growth within client accounts.
- Proactively manage client projects, aligning them with client goals and expectations.
- Track global offers regarding costs and timings, managing quality and expectations between customers and executing agencies.
Your Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an advertising agency, with a focus on automotive clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.
- Energetic and adaptable to a creative and fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Results-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proactive problem solver and decision-maker.
