Senior Account Manager - Eastern Europe
Job Description

As the Senior Account Manager, you’ll act as part of the sales team interfacing closely with Customer Success to ensure customers are attaining maximum value from our products, and scout opportunities for growth within established accounts. The ideal candidate should be eager to develop lasting customer relations and have keen business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and a consultative style.
You should have the confidence, discipline, and drive to build lasting relationships and hunt for new opportunities with existing customers. You’ll be directly involved in powering our sales to the next level.
What you'll do as Senior Account Manager:
- Own relationships with key clients across a portfolio of clients throughout the Eastern European region
- Identify and drive growth strategy across key enterprise accounts
- Meet and exceed revenue and renewal quotas
- Prepare and deliver ongoing account renewal and revenue expansion forecasts
- Identify and cultivate account growth opportunities
- Research and build new relationships within existing accountsÂ
- Identify and manage Executive relationships with key customer stakeholders
- Collaborate and Work closely with the Intelligence Services team to ensure customer retention
What you'll bring as Senior Account Manager:
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets in an account management/ revenue expansion role.
- Experience with SaaS, information security/cyberÂ
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
- You’re a disciplined, tenacious self-starter, coachable and love a challenge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels
- Good time management with strong organisational skills
- You take initiative and proactively seek out the resources needed to solve the problem at hand
- Proactively use resources available to resolve technical questions, especially when you don’t know the answer
- Salesforce experience is strongly desired
- Passionate to take your career to the next level
