We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts in the EMEA territory predominantly focused on UK based organisations. You will be developing client relationship management strategies, establishing strong client relationships, and suggesting innovative solutions to meet client needs in order to drive increased adoption of Airship services.

To ensure success as a Senior Account Manager, you should possess extensive client relationship management experience in a related industry and the ability to uncover expansion opportunities within accounts. An outstanding Senior Account Manager will be someone whose customer-oriented approach and sales expertise result in high account retention and incremental revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining assigned key accounts and providing ongoing client support.
  • Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies.
  • Communicating with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction.
  • Identifying new business leads and contacting prospective key clients to promote products and services.
  • Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments.
  • Recommending and implementing improvements to the management of key client relationships.
  • Handling client queries and finding innovative solutions for complex problems.
  • Monitoring sales performance metrics and facilitating timely interventions.
  • Performing recordkeeping, as well as preparing sales forecasts and reports.
  • Keep customers up to date on best practices as well as new Airship products and services

Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years experience working in Enterprise SaaS, preferably focused in mobile and/or technical marketing solutions (web analytics, optimization, email, social)
  • Degree in Business or other related discipline
  • Robust knowledge of mobile/tech/digital marketing industry as well as an understanding of the competitive posture of the company
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales in a related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, collaboration skills, and ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
  • Strong presentation skills with demonstrated experience in presenting to all level of audiences, both remotely and in person
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Great problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals/ quotas
