Senior Account Manager - Influencer Relations

Responsibilities:
- Builds and maintains productive client relationships, including serving as a day-to-day contact
- Manages influencer relationships, account and project activity
- Identifies key influencers and can execute influencer outreach and negotiations, while building relationshipsÂ
- Communicates and delivers influencer campaigns built with strategic objectives and amplification for brand channelsÂ
- Builds and maintains relationships with key influencers              Â
- Manages onsite execution of activations with influencers including client, vendor and influencer relationshipsÂ
- ​​Develops and understands budgets, timelines and feasibility of project and activities related to influencer relations including influencer compensation and hard costs
- Identifies appropriate measures to evaluate success of the project and work related to influencer relations
- Contributes to client planningÂ
- Utilizes media and influencer monitoring and research toolsÂ
 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required
- 2+ years of related experience and/or training
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work autonomously, lead projects and work on a team collaboratively
- Impeccable attention to detail and stellar organizational skills
- Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills to manage the unknown and plan ahead
- Influencer relations experience including influencer identification, outreach and managing relationships and content creation
