THE ROLE: Senior Account Manager, Staff Augmentation

Due to the growth of our business we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager, Staff Augmentation to join our team.The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business and potential target clients through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, scheduling meetings and relationship building to grow account base. The primary market that will be targeted will be IT Staff Augmentation Services. The ideal candidate should have specific experience selling Technical Staffing Solutions, or a Full-Desk Recruiter looking to transition into the Staffing Sales realm. This is a full time role that offers a competitive base salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new IT staff augmentation business within all vertical industries
  • Build a client base off qualified leads and increase pipeline of potential IT staff augmentation customers
  • Place outbound calls to prospective staff augmentation customers
  • Act as the IT staffing subject matter expert to the client to saturate and grow new/existing business
  • Attend on-site client meetings with new and existing customers
  • Work closely with the Staff Augmentation team on open requisitions and troubleshoot issues related to client contracts
  • Handle all administrative tasks associated with new business contract.Complete client contracts and deliver PO's as required.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
  • Candidates must have 5-10 years working in a recruiting or staffing sales capacity, as well as experience working in an outside sales & customer facing role.
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, aggressive, articulate, and able to work with various clients and internal staff.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team
