Job Title: Sr. Account Specialist (hybrid)
Location: US-GA-Atlanta (Sandy Springs)
FLSA: Exempt
Job Overview:
Serves on the Account Management Team as a Lead for Account Specialist I & II's in a fast-paced, SLA driven, and team-oriented environment. This position supports the Manager in the following areas: serves as a point of contact for escalated or high visibility dealer/field-team interactions, communicates frequent daily updates regarding team performance, identifies areas of opportunity/process gaps, and is responsible for providing services and support to assigned accounts (including excellent and prompt communication).
Job Responsibilities:
- Provides exceptional service and daily support to designated clients on programs, products, services and initiatives
- Oversees and supervises team responses to client, internal departments, field team, dealerships, and end-customers (which includes phone calls and emails in accordance with established SLAs) to resolve open inquiries
- Prepares and analyzes SLA reports and provides feedback on patterns, aged tickets, and overall SLA performance
- Documents processes and recommends process improvements
- Offer day-to-day coaching and guidance to Account Specialist I & II's
- Prepare scheduled and ad-hoc reporting/presentations to client and internal teams on ticket processing and successes/areas of opportunity (identify patterns for Account Specialists as well as field team members)
- Manages marketing material orders for designated client

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in corporate environment
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce
- Superior oral and written communication skills, strong analytical & problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills
- Detail oriented, organized, self-starter with the ability to take managerial direction and work well in a team environment
- Must be able to multi-task effortlessly under tight deadlines
- Must be flexible with schedule, willing to work additional evening or weekend hours when and if necessary
- Automotive industry or related industry knowledge preferred
- Ability to assemble packages and lift up to 35 pounds
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
