Senior Accountant - San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our Finance department! You will be responsible for leading various processes within the accounting team, maintaining accounting records, and performing analysis on various expenses and processes to ensure accuracy.
Responsibilities:

• Performing month-end close activities including journal entry submission, review and balance sheet reconciliations
• Maintain accounting records for the Company's non-integrated acquired entities
• Manage the Company's expense reimbursement process, from review to analysis of expense reports, credit card expenditures, etc
• Perform analysis of the Company's vendor expenses to ensure accuracy
• Perform variance analysis to ensure appropriateness and accuracy of recorded entries
• Lead the accounting team's payroll process to record monthly entries and accruals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in an accounting / auditing role
• Strong Excel / data skills are required (Pivot tables, Vlookup, if statements)
• Must be comfortable learning new things, doing things for the first time and owning processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• CPA certification (bonus)
• Experience working with Netsuite and ADP (bonus)
