About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Accountant who is passionate about accounting and owning various month-end close tasks in a fast-paced demanding environment. Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing activity in general ledger accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, completing month-end close tasks, variance analysis, and assisting with building scalable and rapidly evolving accounting processes.
What You'll Do

• Own various month-end close tasks and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, variance, and flux analysis
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reclassifications, and create supporting schedules
• Support ad hoc financial information requests and other tasks as assigned

What We Value

• Experience with GAAP, financial statements, and SaaS accounting best practices
• Experience in a high-growth startup, preferably at a software company
• Ability to manage ambiguity, multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, analytical, proactive and self-motivated
• Able to identify issues and drive timely and accurate resolution
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, proficiency with Excel
• BS/BA in Accounting or equivalent, CPA is a plus
