Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to support our ECS division (ecs.arrow.com) as a Senior Accountant! This team is a part of a much larger team that supports this large, growing business unit.
This position is part of a hybrid work schedule allowing for 3 days in the office per week and 2 days remote.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Function as an advanced professional level accountant, evaluating the most complex transactions and records to the GL as necessary to ensure the financials are accurate and complete.
• Calculate, review and process journal entries.
• Complete complex balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis
• Support and/or participate on special projects. Lead projects of low complexity, developing project leadership skills.
• Produce, review, analyze and issue periodic reporting on general subject matter.
• Demonstrate an understanding of various accounting processes and identify root causes and areas for improvements.
• Support internal customers, develop relationships with various client groups and maintain/update current financial information.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions.
• Research accounting literature and apply concepts.
• Serve as backup for manager in their absence.

What We Are Looking For:

• 4+ years of related general ledger accounting experience with a 4-year related degree.
• Intermediate to advance Microsoft Excel skills (experience working with a high volume of data).
• Experience with journal entries and reconciliations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:

• 4-year accounting degree preferred.
• CPA, CMA, master's in accounting preferred.
• Oracle, Hyperion, or Blackline experience preferred.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$74,000.00 - $93,500.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
