Senior Accountant
Job Description:
This position is part of a hybrid work schedule the allows for 3 days per week in the office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) and 2 days per week working remotely.
What You Will Be Doing:
Under limited review, and as a seasoned, experienced professional with full understanding of accounting principles, you will evaluate complex transactions and records to the GL as necessary to ensure the financials are accurate and complete. You will support internal customers, develop relationships with various client groups and maintain/update current financial information. You will be responsible for the completion of complex balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis, identifying process problems and proposes improvements or course of action, and researching accounting literature.

• Calculates, reviews and processes journal entries.
• Complete complex reconciliations and income statement analysis.
• Support and or participate on special projects. Leads projects of low complexity, developing project leadership skills.
• Responsible for producing, reviewing, analyzing and issuing periodic reporting on general subject matter.
• Demonstrates an understanding of various accounting processes and identify root causes and areas for improvements.

What We Are Looking For:
Typically requires a 4 year degree (Accounting Degree strong preferred) and a minimum of 3-4 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$77,400.00 - $85,954.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
