Senior Accountant

GRM Document Management, a leading provider of life-cycle records and information management solutions, is seeking a senior accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant at GRM, you will be responsible for many aspects of the company's accounting function. This includes helping to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, and preparing financial statements. You will work closely with our finance team to help drive operational and financial efficiencies throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

Monitored cost control and efficiency

Assisted upper management with various financial analyses reports

Analysis of standard costs and variances.

Reviewed and analyses expense accounts, as well as JE preparation before month end close

Developed various accounting spreadsheets for better tracking of accounts

Analyzed trends and areas for cost improvements

Oversaw the timely, accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders and monthly accruals

Assisted in budget development, auditing procedures, compiling documentation, and coordinating

with auditor for fiscal year audit

Acumatica, Great Plains and FRX would be a plus but not required

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

5+ years of experience in accounting or finance.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

$75,000- $90,000 (pending experience level)
