We are seeking ahands-on, detail-oriented Senior Accountantto join our team and manage theday-to-day financial operationsacross ourmanufacturing and multi-location restaurant business. Role Overview: TheSenior Accountantwill overseedaily accounting functionsandsupport month-end close and financial reportingfor multiple entities, including ourfrozen pizza production facility and three restaurant locations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Day-to-Day Accounting (Core Focus) • Manage AP/ARacross restaurants and manufacturing • Process vendor invoicesand ensure timely payments • Post customer payments and monitor receivables • Reconcile daily cash depositsand credit card activity for multiple locations • Process bi-weekly payrolland maintain accurate payroll records • Prepare and post journal entriesto maintain up-to-date ledgers • Ensure all accounts are current and accurateon a rolling basis 2. Month-End Close & Financial Reporting • Assist with month-end closeincluding reconciliations and accruals • Maintain accurate P&L statementsfor each restaurant and the manufacturing facility • Prepare preliminary financial statements and reporting packagesfor ownership review • Support external CPAfor tax filings and year-end reporting 3. Inventory & Manufacturing Support • Track inventory and COGSfor frozen pizza production and restaurants • Reconcile ingredient and finished goods movementsbetween the factory and restaurants • Analyze food cost variances and identify trendsto improve efficiency • Assist in monitoring production and distribution coststo maintain profitability 4.
