Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant at one of our clients you will have the opportunity to use your extensive accounting knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional financial services to our clients. You will play a crucial role in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning, working closely with clients to help them achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Perform complex financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making and strategic planning
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and other applicable accounting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial controls and processes
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting team members
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Nice to have's are Yardi, construction, property management or project management experience.
