Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts; responsible for monthly review of internal financial statements and variance reporting.
• Analyzes and prepares analysis reports as requested by management.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on problem resolution, variance analysis and special projects.
• Reconcile and balance accounts.
• Compiles financial and sales reports relevant to the business as requested by management.
• Works to review and maintain relevant internal control documentation and responsible for preparation of audit schedules and requests for external and internal audits.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop the annual budget.
• Prepare revenue and expense forecasts.
• Set up Inventory Item masters and Bill of Materials in ERP for new products; perform monthly inventory and Cost of Sales reconciliation; prepare monthly Cost of Sales analysis report; calculate annual labor and overhead rates; update standard costs and intercompany transfer pricing at least annually; work with Operations on cost reduction projects, as needed.
• Other tasks and responsibilities, as identified by manager.
