Senior Accountant

We have partnered with a leading produce company who is seeking a Senior Accountant to add to their accounting team. The Senior Accountant will be a key staff member at and will work closely with the CFO and other Managers to drive financial strategy and execution.

• Oversee all activities of the Finance department including the month-end close process, financial planning, financial reporting, payroll, and cash management.
• Establish, quarterly and annual budgets with capital requirements to achieve uninterrupted cash flow and to accomplish corporate financial goals.
• Establish & Maintain current CPA and Bank Audit Supporting Schedules and reports.
• Process journal entries posting.
• Reconcile financial records of balance sheet accounts (i.e. assets, liabilities), income and expenses, Review and reconcile General Ledger accounts
• Ensure accounting systems and processes are continually streamlined via process improvement to achieve greater efficiencies and accuracy in the level and timeliness of reporting (continuous improvements)
• Manage key Marketing expenses in close collaboration with managers.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years’ related and progressive Accounting experience
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and use of pivot tables and formulas a must)
• Excellent written and oral communications
• Self- motivated with the ability to be internally inspired
