Job Summary:

The Senior Accountant role will be responsible for a variety of general ledger accounting functions areas in our growing company including Cash Postings, Fixed Assets, Prepaid Expenses, Accrued Liabilities, and Accounts Receivable, and will maintain monthly close responsibilities for related to reconciliations and financial reporting.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly accounting journals entries and reconciliations related to various Balance Sheet accounts.
• Prepare and/or support the monthly close analytics package, including analysis related to the company’s performance and flux review.
• Team with and support Finance with information required for actual to forecasts and actual to budget variances during the close process.
• Provide support for related disclosures in our quarterly and annual filings as well as other provide support as needed for our filings.
• Support treasury functions related to Cash, Cash Application and Cap Ex functions.
• Provide insights to Finance, Controller, and the Chief Accounting Officer for trends in results for area of responsibility.
• Identify process improvements during ERP convergence project, and post go-live support.
• Support timely close functions.
• Document policies and procedures for area of responsibility
• Assist in SOX compliance environment, support internal and external audit testing as needed.

• Ideally experience in NetSuite and Blackline

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting
• CPA licenses or candidate in progress preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with at least 3 years of general ledger accounting experience at a public company.
