What We’re Looking For 

Reporting to our CFO, this position will be responsible for managing our day-to-day accounting operations! This role will offer the candidate an opportunity to experience and understand a wide range of our business operations through the management of financial reporting, budgeting / forecasting, receivables and payables, coordination of company travel, and support in the organization of company-wide activities. Our ideal candidate is an excellent project manager that can be self-sufficient in task completion. 

What You'll Do

• Compile and present monthly financials including variance analyses
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities 
• Enter payables and record bill payments
• Enter payables and record bill payments 
• Perform account reconciliations 
• Record month end close journal entries 
• Provide travel assistance as needed
• Book and coordinate company travel as needed
• Compile and total expense reports 

What You'll Bring

• General knowledge and understanding of accounting practices
• Previous experience leading financial statement close / preparation process a plus 
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
• Independent, self-starting, team player with a positive attitude 
• Sage Intacct knowledge preferred 
• Proficient PC skills to include Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook 
• Excellent communication and time management skills
