Senior Accountant

JOB DESCRIPTION About the Company: Our client is a rapidly growing non-profit organization who are looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team. Assisting with monthly closing and account analysis and supporting Accountant in carrying out the responsibilities of the Finance department. Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. RESPONSIBIITIES: • Process Accounts Payable on a weekly basis, or as needed • Applies Cash Receipts against Accounts Receivable when received • Process credit card allocations on a monthly basis • Preparing journal entries • Assist with month-end and year-end closing • Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts • Monitor and resolve discrepancies including fee anomalies and check differences • Account reconciliations • Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process • Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures • Other tasks as assigned QUALIFICIATIONS: • Associate degree or equivalent • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices • knowledge of financial reporting • knowledge of local, state, and federal laws regarding accounting, finances, and taxation • Technical accounting skills • Previous experience of general accountingProficiency in FundEZ accounting software • #LI-DG1 #ZRCFS #LI-Office #INAUG2025 Senior Accountant Senior Accountant Senior Accountant Senior Accountant Senior Accountant Senior Accountant
