Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager About the Role: We are seeking aSenior Accountantto supervise, track, and evaluate day-to-day accounting activities. Responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information. This position offers strong career advancement opportunities within the accounting department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including: • Full-cycle bookkeeping • Assist in month-end and year-end close processes • Accounts receivable weekly statements • Post apply cash receipts daily • General ledger maintenance • Revenue and expenditure variance analysis • Fixed assets and property tax tracking • Debt activity and reconciliation Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports and statements • Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles • Coordinate and complete annual audits for Dubai office • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency • Assign projects and oversee accounting staff to ensure compliance and accuracy • Support financial reporting objectives and maintain accurate fiscal records Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager • Direct experience with or oversight of full-cycle bookkeeping • Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and financial reporting tools • Experience withMacola ESsoftware a plus • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Benefits: • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance • 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) • 401(k) with company match Job Type: Full-time Pay: $62,446.83 - $75,204.78 per year Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance Experience: • Accounting: 7 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Houston, TX 77041 (Required) Work Location: In person
