As a Global Finance Senior Accountant, you will apply general accepted accounting principles (GAAP), CG accounting policies, and other relevant CG policies wherever appropriate to ensure accuracy, validity, and completeness of accounting and financial-related deliverables. You will also evaluate data, preparing calculations and analyses, as appropriate.

• You have reviewed, compile and input data (e.g., general ledger transactions, journal entries).
• You have performed month-end close activities and partnered with senior associates for more complex activities.
• You will preform calculate and analyze results (e.g., expenses, fees) and identify root cause of anomalies and/or options and discusses findings with more senior staff.
• You will reconcile accounts and prepare variance analysis; identifies and explains issues (e.g., variance outside of established norms) and discusses recommendations for solutions.
• You have shown that you can partner and build relationships with key stakeholders; leverages relationships to navigate changes that impact the source data.
• You will propose solutions by leveraging technology and other resources to ensure accuracy and completeness and will present findings to senior staff for inputs and approvals.
• You have experience in identifying opportunities for improvement and updates processes or documentations, creatively thinks about technology enabled enhancements and ways to leverage and discusses recommendations with more senior associates or managers.
• You can identify impacts to internal controls, CG financials, as well as other areas within Global Finance and the business.
• You can document and update internal controls procedures as warranted; executes internal controls procedures and continues monitoring to ensure compliance and accuracy of finance records.
• You have a CPA or are actively pursuing.

Orange County Base Salary Range: $74,826-$119,722

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
