Senior Accountant

We are looking for a Senior Accountant for a hybrid work model in our office in Shannon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure conformity with our global revenue recognition standards and provide meaningful & insightful information to management.
• Being responsible for policy, and the governance owners for revenue recognition
• Provide general guidance and oversight on transactions and related process.
• Work together with colleagues in finance, order administration, IT, operations and other accounting departments providing oversight of the SAP revenue system and the related revenue analysis.
• Reporting and data analytics, as well as understanding of revenue recognition for complex transactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Accountant, with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a similar accounting role, in a for-profit organization.
• Experience of working in a similar dynamic and ever-changing environment.
• Accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, and business judgment with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in project work, data analysis and the establishment of processes & procedures
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system
• Experience in an international environment
• Ability to work independently as well as integrating with a team
• Strong Communication Skills in a multi-cultural environment
• Be interested in the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
