Job Description
Job objective:
Ensures the correct and efficient maintenance of the financial-accounting activity within the company, in compliance with the financial-fiscal legislation and accounting regulations, as well as internal and group procedures.
Main responsibilities :
- Payroll accounting : monthly recording of salary expenses and deductions based on the received summary; monthly reconciliation of accounts.
- Monthly closing: is responsible for monthly closing tasks (Phase 1 and 2)
- Reporting: deals with various monthly internal and external reports
- Control: Monthly and Quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, ensure the compliance of the key internal controls
- Approval of Bank Transfers
- Take part in the statutory closing activities, GAP to stat report, follow up the statutory postings.
- Take part in external audits : Ensures the preparation and provision of the information necessary for the operative performance of the financial audit, keeping in touch with the audit team in order to carry out in optimal conditions the audit activity.

Requirements:
- Higher economic studies (financial-accounting)
- Experience in the financial-accounting field: minimum 3 years
- English language
- PC operation, SAP knowledge is a plus
