We are in search of a highly skilled and capable Senior Accountant to strengthen our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Oversee routine accounting tasks to guarantee transactional accuracy
- Formulate and enforce strict financial policies and governance structures
- Manage the production and presentation of regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, creating a supportive and united work atmosphere
- Collaborate with external audit firms to ensure comprehensive and effective audits
- Examine financial statements to spot trends and rectify any anomalies
- Supervise budget development and maintain vigilant financial oversight
- Comply with all relevant statutory and regulatory frameworks
- Refine and enhance accounting workflows and systems to increase operational efficiency
- Act as the principal liaison for financial issues for both internal colleagues and external partners

- Holds a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional accounting experience
- Demonstrated expertise in financial risk management techniques and strategies
- Skilled in detailed financial planning and analytical assessments to aid in strategic decision-making
- Proficient with current accounting software and digital infrastructures
- Demonstrated ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously with great accuracy
- Outstanding analytical prowess and a keen eye for detail
- Committed to confidentiality and demonstrating the highest level of discretion
- Excellent proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, maintaining at least a B2 level
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or similar professional qualifications
- Background in international financial reporting standards
- Familiarity with tax strategy and regulatory compliance frameworks
