Senior Accountant (Hybrid)

Senior Accountant Opportunity – Hybrid in Los Angeles (Growth to Assistant Controller) CV Resources has partnered with aprivately held, high-growth firm in the consulting spacethat is seeking aSenior Accountantto join their team!. Senior Accountant Responsibilities: • Own day-to-day accounting tasks across multiple entities • Assist with financial close and reporting activities • Support the integration of newly acquired businesses • Help refine processes and systems as the company scales • Work closely with leadership on ad hoc projects and initiatives Senior Accountant Requirements: • 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a small to mid-sized or evolving environment • Strong foundation in GAAP and comfort with both cash and accrual accounting • Experience supporting project-based accounting or multiple business units • Hands-on, proactive mindset and desire to grow within a lean team • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.); ERP experience preferred • Hybrid schedule – must be able to work onsite 2x/week in Downtown LA Apply today!
