Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to support Arrow Americas Components as a Senior Accountant (Accountant IV)! Under limited supervision, you will function as an advanced professional level accountant, evaluating the most complex transactions and recording to the GL as necessary to ensure the financials are accurate and complete. You will support internal customers and develop relationships with various client groups. You will be responsible for the completion of complex balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis, identifying process improvements, leading annual statutory audit work, researching accounting literature and applying concepts. You will serve as backup to the manager in thier absence.
This position is part of a hybrid work schedule allowing for 3 days in the office per week and 2 days remote.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Complete the most complex reconciliations and income statement analysis.
• Calculate, review and process journal entries and reconciliations. Reviews work of lower-level employees.
• Support and/or participate in special projects. Leads projects of more complexity, developing project leadership skills.
• Acts as functional expert with other departments on complex day-to-day functions of the department.
• Responsible for producing, reviewing, analyzing and issuing periodic reporting on general subject matter.
• Demonstrates an understanding of various accounting processes and identify root causes and areas for improvements and implements solutions.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of GL accounting experience.
• 4-year degree in accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, etc.).

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:

• Experience with Oracle or other large ERP software preferred.
• Masters in accounting, CMA, or CPA preferred.
• Experience with inventory reconciliations is preferred.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$81,100.00 - $96,800.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
