Senior Accountant, Order-to-Cash

• Be the point of contact for external/internal stakeholders (including Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Accounting)
• Manage billing inbox and processes to address internal/external requests in a timely manner
• Manage monthly billing for usage based services (e.g., hours & quantity)
• Perform daily and/or weekly tasks within Zuora to ensure billing accuracy
• Research and solve outstanding billing and payment issues
• Manage AP inbox, new vendor set-up, and process vendor invoices 
• Assist in preparing annual form 1099s for vendors
• Assist with financial audit requests from external auditors
• Perform month-end close procedures around Cash, AP, and AR
• Identify and drive process improvements in the OTC cycle in collaboration with Billing, Data, RevOps, and Customer Success teams

• 3+ years of total experience in accounting
• Experience working at a high growth technology startup is a plus
• Prior audit experience at Big 4 and/or experience working with external auditors preferred
• Experience with Zuora billing is a plus
• Proven ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive self-starter and strong project management skills with ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment
• Familiarity with accounting and billing software (QBO, NetSuite, Sage, Bill.com, or Airbase) preferred
• Maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional skepticism
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups) and proficient in Office365 and Google Suite
