👫 About the team

Our Finance team is the go-to team for all things finance related at Equativ, including very operational topics. The team is composed of a FP&A team, an Accounting team, a treasury team and a US Finance team.

We have the ambition to be IPO-ready in the next couple of years. Improving our processes and controls is therefore key for us.

In the context of continuous growth of the Group, we are reinforcing the accounting team by adding an account Payable manager to reinforce our controls and processes.

Your mission👇

• Managing the incoming stream through our Yooz portal : reviewing the accounting scheme, directing the proper workflow, booking and storage of the invoices
• Creation of new suppliers in our Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP, integration of the automated reports in our ERP
• Preparation of the weekly payment runs, validation with the AP Manager and export of bank instructions. Review of our internal controls to ensure proper booking & accrual of all costs
• Analyze and review of discrepancies on suppliers accounts
• Managing and booking of credit cards reports, including collection of invoices (Spendesk and Navan)

About you 💪

• BAC + 2 + 3 BTS/DUT/ Licence in accounting
• 4+ years of experience in accounting field
• strong organization and rigor, motivation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in French + Ability to communicate easily in English in emails
