Click is progressing a broad pipeline of Digital Therapeutics™ across a variety of high-burden therapeutic areas, including MDD, Schizophrenia, Migraine, Chronic Pain, Atopic Dermatitis, Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), Obesity and more.
About the Role
As a Senior Accountant, Revenue you will be responsible for the monthly close. This person will have a heavy focus on revenue and participate in budgeting and forecasting. This role will interact with our external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audits, and assist in preparing schedules for board reporting. This role is very integrated into the production of financial statements, cash flow projections, and budgets. This is a challenging, multi-faceted opportunity with growth potential.
Generally positions at Click can be on-site, remote or hybrid (an optimal combination of remote and on-site). Our headquarters is located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. We also have dedicated spaces in central Miami, San Francisco, and Boston, and, in addition, via our partnership with Industrious, any Click employee can access co-working locations nationally.

Responsibilities:
- Detail review of partnership agreements to determine proper revenue accounting under the ASC606 guidelines.
- Work with the team to perform the month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing process, including monthly financial workbook preparation.
- When necessary, provide technical accounting analysis on non-routine transactions to ensure proper accounting treatment.
- Analyze and coordinate a variety of financial data, and report it in a useful and understandable manner.
- Assist in implementation, maintenance and adherence to accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP.
- Adhere to monthly reporting requirements and compliance standards.
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Maintain and update recurring journal entries.
- Participate in various department-wide initiatives.
- Prepare monthly customer and partner bills.
- Ad-hoc reporting and special projects, as requested.
Qualifications:
- Experience working at an early stage start up.
- Experience with revenue recognition under ASC 606 is required (at least 2 years).
- Strong organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Microsoft Word, and advance in Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently is required.
- In-depth experience with month end balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Experience with Month End Close, financial reporting and budgeting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.
