Job Description:
This an exciting Senior Accountant opportunity to support Arrow Americas Components! This position is specific to our tariff data and involves coordinating with other teams (primarily supply chain, trade, and transportation), in addition to collaborating with many teams throughout our Global Organization.
This position is part of a hybrid work schedule allowing for 3 days in the office per week and 2 days remote.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Under limited supervision, function as an advanced professional level accountant/analyst, evaluate the most complex transactions and record to the GL as necessary to ensure the financials are accurate and complete.
• Support internal customers, develop relationships with various client groups and maintain/update current financial information.
• Responsible for the completion of complex balance sheet reconciliations and income statement analysis while identifying process improvements.
• Research accounting literature and apply concepts.
• Calculate and process journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support and/or participate in special projects. Lead projects of more complexity, developing project leadership skills.
• Act as a functional expert with other departments on complex day-to-day functions of the department.
• Produce, analyze and issue periodic reporting on general subject matter.
• Partner with all levels of the business to deliver the highest quality financial analysis and support to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Gather and analyze large data sets related to Arrow's global transportation and tariff costs.
• Determine duty drawbacks related to our international Tariffs.
• Collaborate with a variety of teams (IT, Supply Chain, Transportation and 3rd Party Service Providers) related to Tariff information.
• Support ad hoc requests related to Tariffs.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of related accounting experience with a 4-year accounting degree.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong data analytics skills and experience working with large data sets.
• Collaborative style and ability to communicate with a variety of teams (e.g. IT).
• Ability to work with and navigate multiple systems, working with a high volume of data.
• Strong understanding and experience with month-end close activities.
• Strong understanding and experience with balance sheet reconciliations.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:

• Understanding of international tariffs strongly preferred.
• CPA, CMA, or master's in accounting preferred.
• Larger, global company experience preferred.
• Oracle HFM, Hyperion experience preferred.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$81,100.00 - $99,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
