Duties and Responsibilities:

The Senior Accountant - Technical Accounting will have the opportunity to be exposed to a myriad of technical accounting matters. This position will be responsible in supporting the Manager of Technical Accounting and Internal Controls in ensuring that the Company is properly accounting for equity investments, leases, debt and derivatives, goodwill impairment analysis, and contingent consideration arrangements. In addition, the position would be directly involved in the accounting for any mergers or acquisitions and ensuring that any acquired accounting functions are properly integrated. Finally, this position will also be responsible for administration of the Company's lease accounting software.

This position is also responsible for performing and monitoring certain internal controls to ensure compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).

The Senior Accountant - Corporate Accounting will work closely with various areas including the Executive Leadership Team, Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Customer Service, IT, Internal Audit, and HR departments. This position may also be required to help prepare accounting and internal control presentations to Executive Leadership Team.

The position will also directly interact with the Company's external auditors during the annual audit process. This involves attending various audit meetings and providing relevant documentation to support completion of the quarterly reviews and year end audit.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years working in a Corporate Accounting setting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred:

• CPA
• 1+ years of public accounting experience
• Visual Lease accounting system experience
