Senior Accountant, Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting will report to Senior Manager, Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting, and will support key accounting and reporting areas including the preparation of quarterly financial statements and related disclosure requirements. This position will collaborate primarily within the broader accounting team including Corporate and other Business Unit accounting teams as well as Stock Administration, FP&A, Tax.

• Assist with the preparation of Forms 10-K/10-Q and XBRL review.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for SEC filings and perform comprehensive tie-out.
• Maintain the GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists and ensure compliance with FASB and SEC reporting requirements.
• Perform quarterly reporting tasks related to stock-based compensation and the preparation of the EPS calculation.
• Set-up and evaluate the accounting impact of lease activities (including new leases, modifications, renewals, subleases, embedded leases, etc.) in accordance with ASC 842. Prepare and maintain lease rollforward schedule in compliance with GAAP.
• Evaluate business transactions for proper U.S. GAAP accounting treatment, including accounting and disclosure recommendations.
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing monitoring of significant new accounting pronouncements and documentation of accounting policies.
• Perform technical research and prepare technical accounting memos, as needed.
• Be a technical accounting resource for ad-hoc questions and initiatives
• Interact and coordinate with external auditors and internal cross-functional business partners on technical accounting and reporting matters.

Requirements:                                                                                           

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA is preferred
• 3+ years of experience of combined accounting-related work in public accounting and public companies
• Experience with SEC reporting and/or analyzing complex business transactions
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
• AdTech/Software/SaaS/Gaming industry experience is a plus
• Experience with NetSuite, Workiva and Shareworks is a plus
