Senior Accountant (virtual-in person final)

Our rapidly-growing client in Bucks County area is looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team. This exciting and highly visible role offers exposure to the C-suite, as well as multiple avenues for advancement as the company continues to expand. Duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing quarterly SEC reports (10K/10Q)
• Preparing and analyzing financial statements
• Performing quarterly and annual consolidations
• Assisting with tax compliance and technical accounting research
• Providing internal and external auditors with supporting documentation
• Working on special projects as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in a national public accounting firm
• CPA or progress towards a license strongly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of US GAAP
• Strong Excel skills
