What you will be doing

This Senior Accountant, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, will be responsible for all financial processes related to execution of monthly reconciliations for strategic fixed margin accounts, as well as providing meaningful analyses on financial trends and serving as a subject matter expert on assigned fixed margin contracts. This position will interact extensively with corporate and regional AB functional areas, including Drug Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting.

(This role offers flexible on/off site "hybrid" model in our brand new Corporate HQ in Conshohocken, PA)

• Analyze monthly financial reports.
• Prepare monthly fixed margin analysis for key customers
• Responsible for various reconciliations.
• Acts as liaison by coordinating accounting matters between regional accounting, divisional associates and other department managers.
• Calculate and process deal components.
• Compile and analyze data related to Buyside and Partnership Agreements.
• Gather data, prepare summaries and analyze customer payouts and true ups.
• Prepare trend analysis and other special analysis as required.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests as needed.
• Generate ad hoc reports as needed.

What your background should look like

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of six (6) to eight (8) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

• Knowledge of accounting practices and principles
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of accounting and planning software packages.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
