What You'll Bring:
  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a Masters in Accountancy, MBA and/or CPA are strongly desired
  • 5-7 years of accounting experience (mix of public accounting and industry a plus)
  • Strong understanding of month end close and quarterly earnings process
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP standards

  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial results in accordance with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley, which will include preparing journal entries, supporting work papers, financial statement variance analysis and resolving reconciliation variances
  • Participate in day-to-day accounting activities related to M&A integrations, systems implementations, and business initiatives
  • Ensure internal controls are documented and operating as expected; assist in designing and implementing new internal controls as necessary
  • Address internal, external and regulatory audit inquiries and requests

  • This role will work with peers and other groups in the preparation of financial results for the company's Global Technology divisions in accordance with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.
