Senior Accounting Analyst (Hybrid - Flexible Options)

Broadridge is hiring! We are seeking a Sr. Accounting Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for all accounting aspects of Compensation and Benefits, including related Process, Policies, Procedures, Systems, Compliance, Controls and Reporting. The individual is expected to be a key member of the Shared Services Group reporting to a Senior Finance Director within the Corporate Controllers organization. The individual is responsible for working with human resources, finance and business units to improve all aspects of the financial reporting process.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall monthly book close process including journal entry approval
• Review and approve all payroll account reconciliations
• Manage accounting of all deferred compensation plans
• Liaison with Payroll department to resolve all reconciling items
• Support all US fringe accounting, planning and forecast including all monthly allocations
• Manage global bonus accrual and payout processes
• Compile executive level analysis
• Deliver key projects focused on process standardization and automation
• Manage/Execute system related projects and initiatives
• Ensure proper documentation of policies, SOP's and test plans
• Corporate SOX liaison, supporting monthly attestation process

Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience including use of Oracle in an ADP outsourced payroll environment.
• B.S. in Accounting required
• CPA Preferred
• Strong business partnering and customer focus
• Excellent documentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (strong Excel data analysis skills and PowerPoint)
• Proficient with Oracle GL and TM1 experience preferred

Salary range is between $71,550 - $104,400 (Broadridge considers a candidate's relevant experience and educational background when determining final salary)

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
