Senior Accounting Analyst (all genders)

In this role, you will join a fast-growing global travel tech environment where finance plays a key role in enabling international expansion and operational excellence. You will take ownership of core accounting processes across multiple markets, including Brazil and other LATAM regions, while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. Working closely with external accounting partners and internal stakeholders, you will help streamline invoicing, payments, and monthly closing activities. This position offers high visibility and impact, with the opportunity to shape accounting processes in a scaling organization. You will also contribute to strengthening financial controls, audit readiness, and reporting quality across the business. Operating in a hybrid and international setup, you will collaborate with teams across Europe, Asia, and LATAM. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role in a dynamic and ambitious finance team.

You will be responsible for managing financial accounting operations and improving processes that support accuracy, compliance, and scalability across multiple markets:

• Oversee financial accounting activities including billing, payments, and monthly closing processes
• Improve and automate invoicing and payment workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Coordinate with external accounting and tax partners, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, especially in Brazil and other LATAM markets
• Support audit readiness and deal preparation by implementing strong financial controls and structured documentation practices
• Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders on accounting and taxation topics
• Support Brazilian payroll and onboarding processes in collaboration with external service providers
• Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting systems, processes, and ERP-related initiatives

Requirements

You are a detail-oriented finance professional with strong accounting expertise and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, international environment:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field from a top university
• At least 3+ years of experience in financial accounting and controlling, ideally with audit experience in a top-tier firm
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Brazilian GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Xero) is a plus
• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English; Spanish is a strong advantage
• Strong organizational skills with a structured, detail-oriented working style
• High level of ownership, independence, and accountability
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and cultures
• Hands-on mindset, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
